⚠️ Important Notice
CSC SCHEME Ltd is an independent booking agent and is NOT affiliated with CSCS, CITB, or Pearson VUE. We act on behalf of applicants to facilitate the booking and application process.
1. Services
CSC SCHEME Ltd provides an independent application and booking facilitation service for CSCS cards, CITB tests, NVQ assessments, and related construction certifications. We are not the issuing body for any certification and cannot guarantee outcomes. Certification decisions rest solely with the relevant issuing authorities.
2. Fees
Our fees are for our facilitation service and are separate from any fees charged by CSCS, CITB, or Pearson VUE. All fees are displayed clearly before you complete an application. Fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the relevant authority, except where we have made an error.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your application. We cannot be held liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of application. We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
If your application is rejected due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund. If your application is rejected due to your failure to meet eligibility requirements, our facilitation fee is non-refundable. CITB test fees are subject to the cancellation policy of the test centre.
6. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not responsible for consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of employment or earnings arising from delays in certification.
7. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at complaints@cscscheme.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
