Red — Trained Operator
€89Completed CPCS training but not yet fully competent. Valid for 2 years.
Blue — Competent Operator
€99Full competence demonstrated. Requires NVQ Level 2 in Plant Operations.
Blue — Competent Instructor/Examiner
€129For qualified plant instructors and CPCS technical testers.

Red Card Requirements
Valid CITB HS&E test pass (within 2 years)
Completed CPCS technical test for your plant
Proof of relevant training completed
Valid first aid certificate (some categories)
Blue Card Requirements
Valid Red CPCS card or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years operating in plant category
NVQ Level 2 in Plant Operations
Valid CITB HS&E test pass (within 2 years)
